Please support wonderful project ‘Verfemte Musik Schwerin 2014’ of Jeunesses Musicales

Congratulations to the ‘Verfemte Musik 2014’ International Festival and to the idea of rediscovering composers of the 20th century and their works who had been boycotted. I see this as an important contribution to keep alive and to broaden and intensify the appreciation of art. As an artist and as representative of cultural diversity, I can strongly recommend this special initiative which is worthwhile supporting.
The ‘Verfemte Musik’ International Festival will take place in Schwerin from 15th September to 5th October this year. The Festival involves the Competition for Musical Interpretation of ‘Verfemte Musik’ from 2 to 5 October. The Festival needs your support in order to be able to supply prize money for the participating students who will present and perform ostracized works, as well as to be able to grant the compensation for expenses for the international jury.
